Aryan Munot is a senior at the University of Maryland, pursuing a BS in Economics. In addition to managing funds for ETE, he has been the President of the university's Badminton Club for two years, overseeing a 400-member organization and managing its funds. His strong community involvement also includes co-founding the Terps Community Mentor Program, which provides essential education resources to support Afghan refugees in the DMV area as they navigate life and education in the U.S.
Aryan has held research positions with Dr. John List at the University of Chicago and gained valuable experience through internships in Data Analytics and Product Management at UnitedHealth Group. As part of ETE, he hopes to see the organization expand its reach across more countries and evolve into a self-sustaining organization that empowers students to reach their full potential through various volunteer opportunities.
Oorja hopes ETE’s initiatives can one day be implemented in every country around the globe, making a prominent impact on low-income communities. She also aims to continue uniting teens to join ETE’s mission to aid underprivileged students in securing a better future.
Beverley's career has spanned over 30 years in senior commercial and operational roles in major pharmaceutical companies at global, regional, and local levels. Through her trustee role at Amref Health Africa UK, she has witnessed the power of education as a foundation for health equality across East Africa. Additionally, in the UK, she serves as a governor at a local secondary school, actively engaging in community involvement to ensure that all students have access to essential education resources as they consider their futures post-education. She also volunteers in several local community groups, further enhancing her commitment to providing volunteer opportunities.
